hit-man 0 Posted June 23, 2007 Hi, because of my lack of English, i'm not sure how to describe that: In OFP, i choose e.g. unit F2, moved my crosshair to a point and clicked to make him move there (e.g. to stay very close for a defensive position). How do i do this in ArmA ? thanks guys!
rundll.exe 12 Posted June 23, 2007 I dont really get what you mean, but holding the spacebar might open a world for you Also it doesnt work in 3rd view when you're in a vehicle, wich is a pain in the ass if you ask me
hit-man 0 Posted June 23, 2007 Ok, i try it again. Maybe it's easier as you think: As a teamleader in OFP, in 1st or 3rd person-view, i selected e.g. ai-soldier "2", then moved my crosshair to a spot where i wanted this soldier to move and left-clicked. Now this soldier moved to this spot. Voice saying: "2 - move to XYZ" If you say i should try the spacebar, then it depends how you configured your keyboard-control ? Which command is it ? thanks
Skulleye 0 Posted June 23, 2007 You can still do this the same way as you would in OFP. As for what rundll.exe said, you can command all your units to move somewhere by holding the button for "Commanding mode" and clicking at a spot.
walker 0 Posted June 23, 2007 Hi all The default key for team (Red, green, blue, yelow, etc.) is spacebar. Press it and a menu of groups comes up in a window on the top left. You can then select one team with middle mouse button or the square brackets. Then while holding space bar press your squad command window (default [Del] button) then tell them where to go. Kind Regards walker

hit-man 0 Posted June 24, 2007 I think i got it. It's simple. The important command seems "fire", default on the primary mouse button. Then it works fine. I had changed the command "fire" to "left alt". Thank you all for your help!
