Have your parents never say water is dangerous?

It is!! Try to go in ofp 0,5 - 1 m in the sea and look to the land and go on 3th person (you will see more on what happens) then shoot in auto (with a G36 which have a good rate of fire in automode (you can chose another equal to this I think, but I have only tested with this weapon)) to your foots and go out and in water while you are shooting (go in and out as long as it need to let something happen).

It's right, you die, but if it is old news, I don't know.

It isn't anyway possible you have drown since your chest isn't even in water, so it must be a bug.

It's not the water....its the ricochet from the bullets which kills you...totally realistic, no bug. Just try the same thing without water

Did anyone else notice that your weapon jams after you've put it in the water; you'll only be able to fire it again a few seconds after you took it out of the water (approx. 6 secs.)

I can hold my breath under water for 60 seconds...I believe UDT/SEAL guys have to be able to hold their breath for up to 3 minutes or so...maybe longer.
