well i hope they don't dumb it enough to be just like BF2142 ...

i mean Splash Damage done well in original ET so i hope that MP "fun" factor outperform any "arcade" or just "visual/physics" ooohs wink_o.gif

From all I've seen so far I truly hope the gameplay will be even better than all the graphics shown off so far... I for one can hardly wait for this one!

How will the MP be on this one, will it have more then 64 players as BF2 ?

Not really interested in it by the look of it, to sci-fi for me at least for now.

I doubt it, i looked at this game last year... and the maps wont be big enuff for anything near ArmA's scale... the ones which i saw were only enough to fill about 32 players or something.. half of the battlefield series... to reach ArmA's potential they would have to create hugeee maps, probably needing to rethink their graphics engine too due to a larger environment.

The game does look good and i'll probably give it a try.. but ive got a feeling its gonna be like BF2 with some 'realistic' features... But hey, lets give it the benefit of the doubt smile_o.gif

The original ET was nothing like BF2... this will probably be a blast to play (like Wolfestein ET was), but I doubt it will be realistic at all. Thankfully, I'm able to enjoy both styles of games.

I agree, it seems more inclined to steal away people from BF rather than ArmA... and since I just can't be made to like BF2 because of its ranking system, I think I'll enjoy this one...

@AWDrift: Bots?!? This game is gonna rock online! Just as Enemy Territory rocked online... Any SP experience is going to be saltwater compared to online gameplay! And not even coop, this will be a team deathmatch slugfest supreme! Take my word for it! thumbs-up.gif

Still bots are always good when your internet goes out or you just want some fun without any of the hassle that come with online gaming.
