Are you all paranoid?

I dont use anything at all except for the standard XP firewall, and i scan with adaware once in a while. Sometimes when i suspect i have downloaded something that could be a virus but i want to use it anyway i use panda activescan to check if its safe. Once a year i scan with a more proper virusscan (Which is always turned off, currently its uninstalled) but it never finds anything. I scan +-once a month with adaware which finds nothing but a few tracking cookies (which are harmless).

As long as you are not a complete retard who clicks on everything he sees and downloads everything that gets sent to him on MSN without looking at the filename first, or googles for 'wallpapers' and checks all the links, you should be fine...
