squeeze 22 Posted April 18, 2007 I've wanted to do a Revive script for awhile.....well here it is. I've tested the demo on a server....jury's still out. Features: AI will revive....works well Kegetys Spec script.....press esc and you leave spec view until revived. If not revived in 60 sec another AI is called. bugs.....sometimes after a mass killing, death markers are not deleted from map pos 0,0 (they shouldn't be there anyway). My biggest problem was people not getting back into there bodies...before the dead body was deleted.....might need pings if people mention this. I still get a redmarker in mini map spec script (means east) when it's a west soldier.....(west soldiers used to shot each other with a "destroy" waypoint). snkman 351 Posted April 18, 2007 WoW pertty good new's! I just love Revive!! Checking out now! FEEDBACK: Okay well in a Mission i always play in a Team so i linked the Soldiers into 1 Team. 1. So far i could not get the AI Soldiers to Revive any other Soldier. Edit: Seems like AI is only Reviving other Soldiers, if they are not in a Team. This should be changed, becouse people always play in a team. 2. May you could insert a playmove "AinvPknlMstpSlayWrflDnon_medic" if a soldier is at the position of the dead player he will play the Medic move. 3. Sometimes after the Leader is dead Soldiers try to reach the respawn_west point, becouse that's the position, where the Leader Respawn after he was killed. I was also working on a Revive Respawn Script and it works okay so far maybee you can use something from it: (weapons_respawn.sqs) ther's no need to use a Script for this. I won't say that I'm a "super-scripter", but maybe one day in future there'll be an ArmA Edition of Mapfact's Respawn (OFP), which basically is a revive respawn.
