Arkon2 0 Posted April 18, 2007 Hi, Maybe someone can help with this one. Set up this Global variable "ruattack" #SETVARIABLES ruattack = false (D:\Games\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA\init.sqs) When running the mission in the editor the game recognises "ruattack" in players initialisations etc, but not through scripts when turned to TRUE... Edit: (not MP) Any ideas peoples? Thanks Arkon
squeeze 22 Posted April 18, 2007 not sure but do you have your script in the mission folder....like (D:\Games\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA\mpmissions\(coop)2-6_mymission.sara\init.sqs) I know there is a folder that you can place scripts in that all missions can use but i think it's in mydoc's...not sure
Arkon2 0 Posted April 18, 2007 Hi Squ33z3, All my scripts are in : D:\Games\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA and run fine from there... Thanks for your reply Arkon
maddogx 13 Posted April 18, 2007 Hi Squ33z3,All my scripts are in : D:\Games\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA and run fine from there... Thanks for your reply Arkon When you make a mission you must put the scripts in the mission's directory, not your ArmA directory. The mission directories are under My Documents-> ArmA or "ArmA other profiles". Look for your ingame name, then for the Missions folder and find the folder with the name of your mission. That's where the scripts go.
dmarkwick 261 Posted April 18, 2007 You can also place scripts in: My Documents\ArmA Other Profiles\yourName\Scripts From there the editor can always find it which is good for casual experimentation, but before you compile the mission you still need to copy the scripts in to your mission folder as explained above.
