HamishUK 0 Posted April 8, 2007 I seem to be having problem with Fraps. Whenever I hit the screenshot taking key or the video hotkey I just get a black image. I get sound in the video but no picture? Not sure what the problem is?

ArmaVidz 0 Posted April 9, 2007 Check to ensure your "Movie" hotkey isn't the same as "Screenshot" hotkey. If all else fails, reinstall FRAPS. If that doesn't help, upgrade your video drivers, reinstall FRAPS again. (Make sure to remove before reinstall).

Download the latest Catalyst drivers People with older ATI Mobility/Radeon cards may need to use the unofficial Omega 3.8.252 driver instead.

max power 21 Posted April 9, 2007 Yeah I would recommend that you stay well aware from the omega drivers. Wait for ati to come up with some decent solutions.
kronzky 5 Posted April 9, 2007 I'm not even sure whether this discussion should be in the ArmA section in the first place (unless you only have problems using Fraps with ArmA). But even if so, it should be in Troubleshooting...
