My_Shortcoming 0 Posted December 5, 2006 Hi My system is; nVidia 6800 GS 512mb AMD Athlon 64 3700+ 2.24GHZ 1024mb RAM Sound Blaster Audigy I start the game after install and have an extremely laggy start showing the logo's etc, I see the loading screen for a few seconds after a few seconds of darkness, the loading screen is very bitty and dirty looking, then i see this for about half a second and i Crash to desktop saying that Arma.exe has had a fatal error. My game is the german version, it does the exact same thing with Vanilla, v1.01 and with the Translator mod. I fixed the problem, for some reason when I installed the game it turned all my Hardware acceleration off completely, simply turning them back on and I can see this beautifully game again. Sorry for the Extra thread Placebo. It's now patched, translated and I'm a happy bunny.
