aus_twisted 0 Posted November 13, 2006 I think the allready stated Recommended specs lets people know if they need to upgrade or not. What would be nice though is if someone could make a timedemo mission for performance tests, or maybe BIS allready have something like this? I know I did this myself with OFP years back testing different cutscenes out over a period of time for FPS results between 2 PC's. And if people think ArmA has a fairly steep PC requirement then they should get MS Flight Sim X and see how well that runs with high settings
Lepardi 0 Posted November 13, 2006 Yeah, I would like to know it too. Please post the specs & frames per second. And ingame settings.
Rg 0 Posted November 13, 2006 If you have a system that can run FSX on high settings, I think you'll be doing quite well with ArmA.

The best guide as to what works and what doesnt is the "real world" user. IMHO anyway. Anyway. Post specs and frameratesif you so desire!
Placebo 29 Posted November 13, 2006 Such threads are worthless, identical specs do not mean that the game will run the same, it's what you do with those specs that matters, if someone has an unoptimised PC with bad drivers and it's filled up with spyware and other rubbish the game will run badly.
