redpride 0 Posted September 21, 2006 I wouldn't even bother downloading philcommando's matrix bot.It's a really early beta stage addon and therefore I believe it has major AI problems and doesn't attack enemy sides (or was it the sides don't attack it,one or the other).It's not even a vehicle class just a remodeled foot soldier.kinda like his ATAT only unfinished. I'm happy to have the A.P.U., and it'll be featured in the series I'm preparing to film as machinima using OFP, featuring a whole bunch of mechs (all the Wanzers, the GDI Titan, the A.P.U. and the Powered Suit, and last but not least, probably THE sexiest mech made for OFP yet, the High-MACS! redpride 0 Posted September 21, 2006 Personally I have a lot of Philcommandos stuff,and they're even worth keeping too.He made some totally far out scifi vehicles and units which are really original. He was the first to take a freakin solder model and mutate it into a damned machine!It's a freak but hey you have admit very clever. I'm just saying that that particular mech isn't finished even halfway and useless in mission construstion. Also the sexiest mechs still available I believe are in Battle Over Haikiddo mod. I just wish someone would animate the legs and add a freakin radar to them...Really bogus getting shot at by a little tank behind some tree and not know where the little bugger is untill he slowly bleeds you off. You know, the reason why OFP has gotten better is not just because BIS added several updates to it, but mainly because there is this excellent community of addon makers and mission makers and what not else that have been able to enrichen OFP - and dare I say it, our very lives! - with their hard work, I think they deserve some better appreciation, and not only for those who do everything the most realistic, but also those that make OFP more fun over the times... so pass them the happy bananas instead of storm clouds, will ya? The only two Mammoth tanks I know about is a very old Mammoth 1.3 which ofp.info says is authored by someone called War Machine... and the other one is more recent, in actual GDI camo etc, and that one is supposed to be made by a spanish addonmaker called Silverhawk, released as version 0.8 on ofp.info...
