MP dynamic campaigns/missions

Hello, I'm looking for dynamic missions or campaigns, if there are some finished and working, for cooperative MP.

I've been looking for some, but only found Coop Dynamic Agfhanistan, that it is an incomplete beta, with too much bugs. Just looking for some final releases.

I too would like some dynamic co-op I have tried to convert some of kutyas Dynamic co-op to multiplayer but i hav not the experiance to make it work properly-the squad do not spawn complete insertions fail to work etc. If anybody is reading this please can we havea working dynamic cop-op mission if possible. If one exists that works perhaps a link.
