Fraps upgraded to work with OFP

Recommended Posts

I got an email from the author stating that he fixed fraps to work with OFP and that our RN can host an benchmarking site for him as he can not dedicate time to it himself

As of this time only the Roughneck Site officaly has the 1.6 Frap version, be sure to submit any of your results to our submission page, and of coarse fell free to

Sorry for the long time in responding.  A lot of people had trouble with Fraps and OFP (most of my email sitting in the inbox is about this game hehe!).   So I made sure the latest beta works with it.   I hope it works for you too, please let me know!  I don't have too much time to offser support/benchmarks for Fraps which is why the site is pretty

barren, but if you do end up doing q benchmarking site I wish you well with it!

Mal, it's a good idea to start a benchmark site. To make those comparable you'd need a cutscene though for benchmarking.

I tried that version of FRAPS on my XP installation, and immediately uninstalled it after my Start menu failed to draw with FRAPS running. I went back to FRAPS V1.5, which has worked fine with OFP for me.
