Tank driver not visible when turnIn

When I open the rear doors of my tank the driver is not visible. He is visible in other views.

Why can't I see him inside of tank?

I have tried a few things including..

Can I force the driver to turnout when rear doors open ?

Also how to get the diagram "tank outline" showing in little box top left of screen where gun selection and ammo are shown?

For those who have this problem in A3 - maybe for tanks is not much important but for helis and planes yes when you use :

 

canHideDriver = -1;
        forceHidedriver = 1;
        viewdriverInExternal = 1;

 

the unit should be visibile even when is turned in.
