llauma 0 Posted November 28, 2005 www.hattrick.org is nice. It's a browser based football manager game which started back in 1997. Right now there are more than 700.000 users around the world and the game is available in 36 different languages. They could probably make it much bigger right away but they let it grow slowly instead. It's free but you can buy an addition for around 20 euro a year which allows you to see the players faces, assign jerseys, add club badges, post press announcements etc.. They don't give you any advantages, they just make the games slightly more entertaining. The game isn't as flashy as many newer games. I guess it's sort of like OFP where the actual gameplay is what counts. My team is called IK Blixt and I've been playing since May 2002. This is my badge and stadium: and this is my star player: Give it a try.. You might need to wait some days before you get your team depending on which country you live in but it's not as when I received my team after six months wait. Akira 0 Posted November 28, 2005 Played Nation States for awhile until I realized that 1) the political choices were all repeating, 2) it was all to promote a book, and 3) I got my country to the political leaning that I wanted.
