More customizable controls

It would be nice to be able to combined keys with a mouse button to provide a second level function.   I.e. to be able to select Primary weapon by pressing and Holding the right mouse key and then press the "W" key.  Then press and Hold the right mouse key and then press the "S" key to select the secondary weapon.  Etc.  Lets you keep your hands on the major control keys.

With the Y button you can quickly swap between rifle / hand gun.

I don't know if there is a key for the secondary weapon though, never really looked for it...

There are many keys left unused. I mean, some things might be done the way that you guys above noticed. For ex switching weapons, or even giving some (chosen by the player) orders.

Some basic commands such as formation comms, hold/open fire, or silent/dynamic mode could be accesible in `controlls options` menu. Or maybe we could have a separate menu containing only commands shortcuts, so you can easily chose your most used commands and be able to define your own keys or shortcuts.

Yes you are correst there are many unassigned buttons but my point is not to move you hands from the main keys and use a mouse button as a "shift" key. A little like HOTAS but I want HOKAM.. lol. I would like to keep my hands on the main keys a,s,d,w.

I think its more important to keep my hands on the mouse rather than on wsad...

The only thing is that it looks stupid when you stop just to give an order.

If you`re right handed you still have your left thumb free for pressing the "t","g","v", to "]", "'", "/" keys, and you`re still able to use wsad.

I think both systems could be acceptable as an single keyboard setting or mix of them.

We talk abuot giving orders, but we will have handsignals in ofp? Won`t we?
