Best Effects and Unit replacement

I have been looking around, which Effects and Unit replacement add-ons is the best? Since the files are quite big I don't want to waste my bandwidths......can I have some comments?

Y2K3 forever . Partically because I'm an editor, and I dont want to download 700 MB if over half of it is "cleaned up" IE removed from the editor/ not accesable)

Questions like this should be asked in A&M:D. Also, I think you'll find plenty of info under each replacement mod.

Asking "which mod is best" type questions almost always leads to arguing and hurt feelings - closing...
