Bobcatt666 0 Posted June 30, 2005 I finally installed it, I like it tons. was even able to take it on a few MP games on the net with only a few lag issues. Runs nice as a server for mp games had a couple of crashes but asume it was video related. Main gripe is the Army ah1s was replaced with the Marine AH1W the exloding vehicles and bodies was way cool. took a little messing around to make it work and reconnect the correct start up icon. uberkayser 0 Posted July 3, 2005 Regards all...somethings become apparent to me since i got a few missions into the CWC campaign,ive no animation for the law (but a menu choice to use it)if i select it the guy takes an empty handed pose and if i sight it the whole screen spins...hadnt noticed it before now 'cos in single missions dont really use laws,prefer the M47 in FFUR or CG's in normal...ive un/reinstalled FFUR5 and still same problem...anyone else having this difficulty?Oh yeah,clean addon folders,Mod folders all the way...no other problems noticed with FF.Any ideas/advice much appreciated. uberkayser 0 Posted July 4, 2005 'Lo again..these are the 2 error messages im getting,this one on starting up FF5 "Error loading lsr_uswp\m72\lsr_m72a7_e.p3d(Magic)" and this when i get to mission briefing "Error loading lsr_uswp\m72\lsr_lawrocket.p3d(Magic)" i truly not sure if these have been there since i installed and ive just always shot straight past em because they dont cause a non-load or crash and i dont use laws, or they just appeared recent...ive tried swapping out the lsr_uswp pbo. for a "clean"(?) one but no joy.....anyhow,thought it may be something you may wanted to know about Thunderbird and i must say i think this mod is great,big thanks to all of you. Thunderbird 0 Posted July 4, 2005 you must have a clean ofp without any extra addon , even lsr stuff, this is the main reason which occurs these bugs though , the only way to fix this problem is to be sure that your OFP/addons and OFP/res are clean and do countain only BIS stuff , once checked then you'll re-install the FFUR v5.0. 456820 0 Posted July 4, 2005 by any chance are there any Hyk addons wich are different from the normal soldiers wich can be used for the machine gunners becasue since the mags are different they wont fit in the same kind of vest that the normal soldiers were so if there are any other soldiers wich have a differecnt tac vest the ones with the big pouches sticking out the side i think they will be more suited for the machine gunners if theres no addons like that then its fine just a suggestion Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I was wonderin if u were planning on implementing any grass effects, and the new tree n bush pack beta that was just released, i forget the author, but i think that would ge a great addition... if not now as a beta, then maybe once he fixed the LOD's, because atm thats a bit annoying... but i still reckon it would be a great addition to FFUR.
