Coogar 0 Posted January 12, 2002 Hi since Ebud released his Jungle mod my dreams come true. Now I can announce that i've doing Vietnam mod from a while. For now I have finished some of the units such as: Brown River Force : PBR Mk II "Pibber" & Crew 2 versions of Air Cav AH-1G Cobras with Crew VNAF FAC Cessna T-41 USAF Fac Cessna T-41 I will post screenshots in a few days So what do you think???? Coogar 0 Posted January 12, 2002 My only hope with Hueys is BIS don't release units from VBS or proper tools to editing P3D models and implementing them in to the game than ... tehre will be not included in mod any UH-1 What a pitty but i can't do anything with this About PBR: yes in game there is no rivers but Navy Seals in Vietnam used them as a support for raids in to a small north vietnamese island (i'm not sure about PBR but for sure they use "NASTY" class boats) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Renegade 0 Posted January 13, 2002 @Coogar: In my opinion it is better not to reskin an SU to a Phantom. Sometimes a little less is a little more... I'd only change the given models (Infantry, Jeep, M113, M60, Tent, Truck, AH1, A10, UH60, CH47D, ...) from the '65 - '70 into some "realistic Nam look a like". I think that its better to skin 5 different Soldiers out of 1 model than to skin something like a Phantom from an SU or a Hercules from a Cessna! I'm looking forward to make missions for a NAM Mod.
