I predict this will be moved to Mission Editing. Now who wants to place bets on if its Placebo or Snake or whatever the other mods gets here first.

Perhaps it is in the order of the name list. Isn't it configurable via stringtable.csv or description.ext?

I think, what he means is: you create a unit, called "unit1".

Then this unit1 dies, and respawns - so he want to know,

if the name "unit1" will change to any other logically name

like unit1_1 or not. Btw - i'm not sure if he means this, but

it seems closest to his question.

What I understood wink.gif :

When somebody dies in MP, he changes name (in the score table, another people appears, like "Cap. Armstrong"). I've seen it sometimes. Is it possible to predict what will be the next name of the reborn player?

That's my guess....

Well if it's this, it should be easy to find out, just

press "m" for map screen, look at gear or group

section, and read the names (i'm not sure if the

name will be updated at gear, but at least at group,

you can pre-read the names of the soldiers, and then

you can see, which soldier number owns which name.

Well, he seems to want to predict what the name will be before the death (perhaps to clarify scores).

xxxvader, please, help us! biggrin.gif
