all updated, rest in readme on my site, also included readme and pdf list of all weapons and magazines

The m8 (greyhound, sorry) and the m20 were two IIWW armored cars used by the alies, both armored cars still ('till '90 I'm sure) working in many places of the world like South America (Colombia made a special armored car with a 4 x .50 AA mg) and africa (Congo-Zaire, Sudan, and others...).

Cant wait Vilas! For this release can we get the unit and weapons and ammo names in the readme?

I have been dying to get ahold of the names so I can use your weapons with other units.

of course there was a list of names it was on my site in excel file

now it is included to vmod.rar in pdf file

but it was long time ago, like ''addons needed" like KEG makarov and RPG and UCE russians and tiger specnaz

all was on my site

i try to do this M8 or maybe to res i will give my LAV150

but i think that RES in middle europe should have soviet old cars, not us, because conflict in 1985 should be with soviet old BRDM or other things BTR-152 should be best choise for FIA side (my point of view) ?

what do you think, i live in central europe (POLAND), as i remember socialism, BTR152 should be the best for vehicle of FIA

Vilas does have a good point, I like to use the recently released T34 and Josef Stalin tanks as main tanks for smaller conscript-like armies. Ofcourse, they would include a few T-55s in the ranks as well. The only time I did see any old American gear used in modern times in Europe was during the Balkan Conflicts, when the Serbs had a few WWII Era US tanks at their disposal. I would love to see a BTR-152 as a personnel carrier. Good job on the LAVs Vilas, they look really good

I'll arrived now from my job, and read your coments about the greyhound.

After the IIWW, the new polish army recived several allied armored vehicles like them M3 scout, M3 halftrack, and the M8 greyhound, I belive that the polish army used amny of this vehicles until the arrive of the BTR-40 (will be another East/Resistance armored car )

In Yugoslavia, used IIWW armored cars and tanks until the '80 (and some 'till mid '90), was one the reasons that was filmed several IIWW films like the Kelly Heroes and others.

and now is moment for enjoy with the new addons.

Right click and "Save As". Make sure you add ".rar" without the quotes to the end of the file's name when you are choosing where to save it

PEPE, good information and point, if it still runs it could still be used in modern warfare, no matter how ineffective it may seem against more modernized vehicles. One question about that BTR 40, does that mean we might see one in OFP in the future?

second thing: now i put following segregation : vilas, vilas air, vilas veh (icles), vilas obj(ects)

if you put newest vilasupdate in old files it won't work good

if vietnam soldiers gon i don't know, cause they are in vietnam weapons pack ?

APC is in VILASUPDATE

VVIET contains only weapons like MAT49, K50, CAR-15, AR-15

M551 Sheridan

ready to download with newest VILASUPDATE

i hope it will be usefull for vietnam era missions (there was no real m551 in sebnam)

The Sheridan was in the US Inventory until the Gulf War of 1991 (I Belive).

M551A1 was in the invintory up to 93, and now only used as OPFOR VISMODS at the NTC due to them being small as most Solveit tanks, it was to be replaced by the M8 Buford.
