benu 1 Posted October 1, 2004 I am not sure if the mp demo is cwc or resistance (new netcode), so it may or may not give you a correct impression of what mp is like. In both cases you only get to see a fraction of the original game. And even that is not what is played in mp these days in most cases. There are so many mods and addons and new mission types out there that enhance gameplay and fun a lot, that i would dare say that the demo will not give you a correct impression of what mp is like. Although, if you like the mp demo, you will like actual even better and if you hate it then i guess a few addons will not change your opinion. To play the mp demo you (or the player hosting) have to allow connections to the ofp port, maybe even forward it from your router to your computer. Search the forum for something like hosting or server behind firewall or router if you don't know how to do this. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
