Pardon my ignorancy; but what's the EECP addon for?

I'm looking for a modification for opf in which all aspects of the game are changed; I tested out the y2k3 mod but it runs slow and also laggy. So can anyone give a tip inside modifications.thanks

The best thing i can advise is for you to look in the A+M complete area on the second page is a thread by Kurayami that explains all about it and gives download links to the files etc.

check the downloads page for the PE versoin. Performance Enhancer. it replaces the config with a better performance enhancing one which gives you the same frame rate as without any mods/addons
