Phisher 1 Posted January 9, 2002 Im not sure If I got the Only copy of OFP that doesnt have fall damage to any ground vehicles, well heres the story.. I just spent the last week making about a 3 hour mission.. The last scene is General Guba Driving off a cliff in Malden, (the one over looking the water) well anyway it looks sweet I have our humvee stop at the top, While General Guba in his jeep Goes flying off not realizing the cliff, I have sweet camera angles everything Its a Huge Chase seen than worked perfectly the only problem is... The jeep lands on its roof bounces back and keeps on driving, Then I though WTF.. I tried this out and every ground vehicle in the game takes no damage to falls at any height at any angle (except it water)... I just hope they fix this..Of course its not *TOP PRIORITY* but It would be nice Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Phisher 1 Posted January 9, 2002 Yah Im using that for now, Looks a little wierd but It will do for now, I tried something out too, I timed it just right so a MI17 is cliff level at the Exact moment that General Guba goes flying off, he hits the MI17 and they both crash...it looks pretty cool, Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

christophercles 0 Posted January 10, 2002 I made a goof off mission where u start in a parking lot with about 100 other vehicles and about 10 su's crash into the parking lot, only to have 20 hinds fall ontop of them in mid air. it looks cool on everyones machine except mine (because i have an exploding problem) but i havnt seen a machine to date that it doesnt bring to about 2 or 3 frames per second.
