Problem with headlights

How can I remove these ugly-looking white squares on the headlights?

that looks like simple missing textures. what addons are those?

I have the same problem on the Grand Cherokee Jeep. makes an addon completely worthless

Those white squares are just faces without textures, they appear at night when the lights are on. They're either the illuminated light bulbs or the common radial light ray type designs. You can see it on almost every addon with lights.

To "remove" the white faces you'll either have to texture them with a light texture, there are a number of them that come with the game, modify the existing light texture to be transparent, or delete the faces. Removing the faces would look pretty bad, so you'll want to get someone willing, or make the changes yourself.

Looks like it uses textures from the GAZ24 then

Here's the trick:

I unpacked the vaz PBO and then opened the P3D in O2. There's that square in front of the headlights. I highlighted the squares in side view then looked at the texture path.

The path was "gaz24mx\light.paa" so I changed that to "vaz\light.paa" and it worked.
