Paratrooper 0 Posted January 12, 2002 Gimble, I think your mod is great, but everyone-not you-seems to think they are some sort of standing liberation army of the world, they are supported solely from national armies. They are consequently under trained, under equiped and underfunded. Conflicts that have attracred the attention of the world get western troops, but most of the UN's peace keeping missions are in Africa using pathertic African Nation's armies, the UN in Sierra Leone were Indian and could not do the job, the British had to sort it out! Gimble I worship you mod, it looks fantastic, but some people on this forum dont seem to have a clue about its role or powers, I quote "world government" --that was never its intention. WKK Gimbal 0 Posted January 12, 2002 Paratrooper: You are right - not all are clear about how the UN works. Some people (I'm not refereing to anyone here), even thinks that UN has it's own army. Therefore I have also gathered alot of material, which I intend to include with the addon, to inspire mission makers, and hopefully result in some awesome missions. BTW, thanks for the comments! SPECS: Warrior CREW: 3+7 Bradley CREW: 3+6 WARRIOR ARMAMENT: 1 x 30mm cannon, 1x 7.62 mm MG, 2 x 4 Smoke Grenade dischargers BRADLEY ARMAMENT: 1 x 25mm cannon, 1x 7.62mm MG (coaxail), 2 x TOW ATGW Launcher, 2 x 4 smoke grenade discharger and they look a lot the same too.
