Drill Sergeant 0 Posted July 9, 2004 Excuse me? After working on SEALS for a long time in the back ground it's nice I can finish them... Little miss understanding? Or did you think I was a noob with a empty HD? I recall singing onto a SEALS project not a NAVY mod. Hope that clears it up, futher qustions about it ask away. Was just joking  BTW: I saw a few pages back that you worked/finished some Afghan soldiers for the Nomad mod, since the mod is dead, can you release them individual? Would really like some Afghani forces  EDIT: I am talking about the Mahjine units
shadow 6 Posted July 9, 2004 Nice. I'd sujest putting the trigger finger on the hand guard though, looks more sylish that way. Ah, double thumbed dude, those thumbs need to be on the other side of the SOCOM............. Paint shop right? Heres my Mk23 model. http://dsaddons.4t.com/DSA_SOCOM.jpg http://dsaddons.4t.com/MK23_first_last.jpg @Eman. It's impossible to waste tallent, the more you work the beter you get. Actualy I was told they didn't want to CO-op with us so I just went ahead and started. This is like 2 hours into it. Also it looks like they haven't left of the oppen windows for the .50's so I think I'll keep working on this one. http://dsaddons.4t.com/DSA_Sea%20Knight.jpg LOL I'm left-handed and no, thats no photoshop'ed pic. That's me and my MK Â And I don't like having my index-finger on the trigger-guard. And besides, its not long enough LOL Have you actually seen this in RL. It is BIIIG. Quote[/b] ]well Mk23 also broke down quite offen too(and even more then P266)thats y they choose not to use it i think Nope, it is infact the most reliable handgun the SEALs have. The reason they don't use it as much the P226 is simply the size. It takes alot of space. It is not the weight, like many people on the net says. It weighs 1200 grams. All steel 9mm, .40 and .45s weigh alot more... They mostly use it when they're carrying rifles and don't have space or capacity to carry a SMG in addition. The MK23 is not a sidearm, but more a substitue for a CQB-weapon.
ExtracTioN 0 Posted July 9, 2004 We are not planning to turn this into a MOD cause we are low on people and it will take longer to release them

Drill Sergeant 0 Posted July 9, 2004 Ok.... Well I could package up those Nomad men and send them out for you people to shoot at. This is what they look like, sorry there six months old. http://dsaddons.4t.com/Nomads.jpg @ Shadow, no the MK23 doesn't seem extremely large to me. I've held DE's with no problem, there just really heavy. For a bit of scale a G3 only comes up to my waist -the bayo lug thanks "Uncle Billy" for that shrewd ban. I hope to find a decent Hk91 with the flash hider If I can.

shadow 6 Posted July 9, 2004 I've held DE's with no problem, there just really heavy. Â They are the exact same size. The threads on the barrel makes it one inch longer than the DE. The DE is alot heavier ofcourse. Are anyone working on a MK23? I have'nt seen a addon with it.

Drill Sergeant 0 Posted July 9, 2004 @ Shadow I think it's bussy, I'm DL them ATM. @ BoweryBaker I worked with CRP on those dudes and there Suchey reskins so we'd have to go back to him for permission to use the models and CRP has left OFP all together. I was in the process of makeing new unit models which I still have, thats what I'm updateing ATM along with the ch46. I'll start on the woodland seals and show you guys some pictures of them. shadow 6 Posted July 9, 2004 I'll start on the woodland seals and show you guys somepictures of them. Â Are the uniforms Michael Biehn, Charlie Sheen and gang used in Navy SEALs correct? If so, can you guys use that? They were alot cooler than what you see in Tears of the Sun if I remember correctly
Drill Sergeant 0 Posted July 9, 2004 Names sound fammiliar, movie does not. TOS is kinda well, different. ATM I'm rigging up some black hawk vests, float rigs and float vests. (Load bearing gear with floating capabilitys) Also the black vest will make the usal appearance along with mole vests. Back to work now I guess.
