.granQ. 0 Posted June 10, 2004 hmm, ugga has already made one.. that atleast i think rocks, of course he havn't had the best ref on the inside, so there is parts that can be improved.. but thing that remains unsolved.. how to create the best "water landing" and shit.. the float cessna is so much easier since it doesn't have any gear that the catalina has... miles teg 1 Posted June 10, 2004 Awesome!!! I have fond memories of walking around inside a Catalina at a Naval museum as a child in Pensacola Florida. Its a super cool plane and I'm so glad that someone is getting one into OFP! I hope its equipped with at least a few bombs or some torpedoes or some forward facing MG's on the nose perhaps. miles teg 1 Posted June 10, 2004 I agree on the roundels. It would be a perfect Tonal aircraft capable of scouting, bombing, strafing (if it gets some MG's on the nose turret but in a forward fixed position), and for doing search and rescue operations off the coast of Tonal or inserting a commando unit on the coast. Where is this? Only the PbyA has gear and floats,regular Pby is only floats. I was actually starting up collecting reference pictures and everything to start working on it some....but nooooo need!! looking good colonel!!!! keep up the great work!!
