First again I must learn how to use Gizmo mapping in O2, I have an excellents Photographs of G36 airsoft, so I think It will be my new Toy in OFP Sounds...żwhere can I found it? @cero 0 Posted June 5, 2004 The other solution is to make it JAM, so you won't have to warry about the sounds then. I could make some sounds for you if you like, but I'm working more hours than a clock at the moment, overtime mony its really good when you are about to book your hollidays. Lol, you are Spanish too Que tal? I only said about the polys cos the structure of the weapon uses alot of strait lines, so I would expect it to be a low poly acount addon in comparison to a MG3 or a M16. FatJoe 0 Posted June 6, 2004 that weapon is looking sweet.. but its polycount is way high.. I dont know the number but I can clearly see it by the look of it.. The Barrel is really round.. I'm guessing 32 sides.. the edges on the weapon are too smoothed.. This is a weapon that should belong in Half Life 2 or something... really outstanding work.. I saw several tutorials in ofpec website very interesting. FatJoe 0 Posted June 6, 2004 Allright, Txarames. Do one thing for me.. Select the whole G36 model, left click it and in the menu there select Convert to > convert to editeble mesh. Then press the hammer icon in the right hand menu screen.. this gives you a couple of buttons below. find and click more... this opens up a popup menu.. there you can select from various things.. find and select Polygon Counter and press ok. Now theres a popup window displaying some numbers... the furthest right number, the lower one.. type it in here for me Thats the Polygon Count.. shows how many faces are spent in the model, the more polygons the harder it is for the PC to render it.
