It was only the Fedayeen who wore complete black uniforms and i also remember there being a militia of some sort who wore a full white uniform as well but pretty sure it wasnt the Fedayeen.

Ye i do pop on here occasionally and i like to keep a tab on whats being done in the Middle East area .. like what your mod is doing and its got some cracking stuff by those screens. I would love to get back making these Iraqi addons but due to the fact im not only at university but also a graphics designer for a magazine i dont get much spare time so couldn't commit to anything. Maybe come summer when im on holidays i might see if i can get some stuff sorted then as i'd love to bring some of the OFP addons we did into ArmA/ArmA II Keep up the good work tho maza94 as i like the stuff your doing!

Im pretty sure its just the Fedayeen who only work the black uniforms.. i own one myself and they are just all black with some Fedayeen insignia on them.

I don't mind if it's gonna be an QM/Enigma or what not really. ArmA needs some more Iraqi tanks in general anyway. T-55's and T-62's especially whitch were used heavily during the Persian Gulf War "Desert Storm". The Iraqi Army did also use Type-59's and Type 69-II's. These were Chinese tanks based on the T-54/55 and used in both the Iran-Iraq conflict aswell as Desert Storm and during the first stages of Iraqi Freedom in 2003. Im thinking of gettin my OFP mods Iraqi T-55 over to ArmA but wont be for a couple of months as im still pretty busy with uni at the moment. Had made a T-54, T-55, Â T-55 Enigma, Â Type69-II and a few other variants based on the T-55. Also made an early T-55QM and T-55QM2 as they mainly changed with the actual main gun apart from anything else. Check my mod for OFP here:IM:UC Website

They did have a T-55 variant using the 105mm (T-55QM) NATO ammo as well as one with a Russian 125mm (T-55QM2) both which you pointed out wasnt very common and i dont know how many they had to be exact but i wouldnt have thought too many.

This sounds like a good project esp with it being on Mainland UK.. Hope you dont forget to add Bovington as well

In regards to having one full wheel rather than it being split as in real life.. this was due to hottentotten_mike who wanted to keep the poly levels down for OFP and therefore we made it into one but now with ArmA out im sure it can be split without causing any major hassle.

I really like what you have done with that.. very much suits the ArmA settings with the textures etc. Well done and look forward to this being released in the future!

As these are Saddam Era army units then you will find them on the East side

When we have the next version with the fixes then we shall add groups also as i know how to do this.

We understand about slight differences in the Iraqi arsenal but we only temp used the ORCS weapons pack as our own one which does include the Al Quds as well as many other versions of Iraqi made weapons etc have not been finished and will be at a later date but most probably for ArmA

Its rather late here so i will contact you tomorrow at some point.. but our mod (IM:UC) will be movin into ArmA when the new tools have been released.

Were still here just things are busy at the moment with work and time leading up to xmas but dont worry we dont plan on disappearing anytime soon!

They will be released as soon as cause we want to get the OFP stuff out of the way .. due to the fact we shall be moving onto ArmA when its released. The stuff again that you will be seeing in OFP from our mod are as follows: * BMD-1 * MT-LB * BRDM-2 * Iraqi Soldiers * and as far as i know a lil island to play with these units on

We still aim to have a demo out for OFP and are slowly working on that ... just have been very busy over the summer with work as well as other personal stuff. Anyway enjoy these pics!
