Hi! i´m a spanish designer and i´m making the first URO Vamtac pack for Operation Flashpoint. i wrote all information on OFPinfo forums so if you´re interested go to this address:

i upload all images into an address of yahoo/geocities server and i don´t know why the hell sometimes these images don´t display. If anyone know the answer, please told me.

Hello, I should mention that been working on a HUMVEE pack for the last year, there are regular OD versions slated to be made to the contries that use them. But most of the time they are just surplus US humvees purchased by Spain, Mexico, and a few other contries. Willing to give help if needed, but I specialize in east addons.

Hola hmmwv, looks like a nice model.

I would like to see some Spanish army addons around, I'm really surprised nothing is been released around here.

BTW, I'm Spanish aswell.

You may want to have a word with Flaber and Bobcatt666, they been reworking a nice pack of Humveys, and Flaber is Spanish too.

I would love to see some Pegasos, I used to be in "Brigada de Alta Montanya"( Sorry, I don't have the letar NY in my keeboard) in Huesca, with an MG giving protection to the convoys, so some Pegasos would be nice.

Bobcatt666 thank you very much, when i finish the model i´ll contact with you; anyway our country only have humvees on our marine infantry (123 humvees) in the army we use the vamtac which has been made by a spanish company called URO. Thank you!!!

Yeah i´m with you; there´s not enough spanish addons out there.This is a reason beacuse i´ve decided to make the vamtac.Once a time, i saw a guy that was attemting to make an armament carrier vamtac but he vanished out...

Once vamtac was done i could make some trucks like pegasos, or amoured vehicles like VEC or BMR...

I´m little busy with other projects non OFP related anyway right now i´m finishing bottom and back of Vamtac (suspension, back lights. etc...). As soon as i made something more, i´ll put a picture here

Well i´ve make a few things more and i´ve added a canvas cover (will be two different versions; opened and closed)

Model is near to be completed.Some interior and back details and done.what do you think about?

Well blad, all I have to say is that I can't wait to see more stuff like that and get this Peninsular monsters released.

Give me some time and so i could model all spanish units  

(model & texture them but not insert them into OFP cause i don´t know o2 usage and over all, i don´t like its interface)

About spanish army addons released yet... right now i can say one, because i´ve never seen any other around  

It´s a zodiac of Marine Infantry. That´s all. It was released by a spanish group called UCE you might know it.(they were planning to make spanish addons but the mod appears to be dead)

With some help we could release some good spanish addons out here...

I´m finishing the trunk of armament carrier vamtac.This means i´m making 2 versions at same time. As you see, doors are opened; that´s because i would like to add some animations to open doors and hood and another to open/close gunner cover depending if gunner is or not inside the vamtac. In this version i´ll replace the wheel on back to put it over the trunk.(making easier for troops to open it)

i want your opinion about all this.

Yeah, it will make more sense if you place the spare on top. As it is now it would get in the way to open the boot in reall life.

Excuse my Newport bruh earlier on in the other posts, I was having a cuple of cans with the lads, and their slang is rader contagious.

Hello hmmwv, nice to see that someone is working on the vamtac's. You were right, the UCE clan was working on spanish addons, but seems to be used as a call to be part of the clan. (until mod finished, IIRC)

If you need help, as @cero says I'm spanish and I have been work with Bobcatt and BlackDeath in the humvees for the last year.

I usually do the cpp part, so if you need to see your models in the game, and don't know how, pm me and i will help you.

Hi Flaber, nice to meet you, thank you very very much, i´ll need your help cause i´m only 3d studio modeler/texture maker, and i don´t have any idea abou scripting or o2 editing.

I´ll try to to occupy the place of UCE making some spanish addons, with your inestimable help of course

Tomorrow i´ll go to Getafe AFB for an open doors day/expo. Hopefully, there will be there some vamtacs, so i´ll try to take some photos of them.
