What Motherboard and RAM do you have?

If your not sure of the board, google for AIDA32, download it, and it will tell you.

How many RAM slots have u used?

For dual channeling u have to have used 2 slots of pair - mostly signed with one colour - for instance 2x128MB in purple slots smile_o.gif

You can download Aida32 here.

It will tell you your motherboard, so we can tell you how to enable Dual Channel!

What Grizzlie was saying is that in order to take advantage of dual-channel memory, you have to have two identical memory modules installed in two separate slots.

The two modules need to have identical capacities, memory layout, and timings for your system to be stable and function at full speed.

You can use AIDA or SANDRA or some other low-level system information utility to find out who made the single memory module you currently have, and what type it is. You will then have to get a second module just like it an install it in your system.
