Exporting from editor to multi.

Just wondering while playing a mission in editor, why it changes in MP ..? A particular trigger is set off at the very beginning on the game, and testing it in editor, it works fine. Is this a normal thing?

In the editor everything is local to your computer, whereas in mp it doesn't have to be.

Not sure if I understand but this trigger shouldn't be going off at the very start of the game. It's triggered by "west present" and no west soldiers are near it.

any other ideas why ...?

Is this trigger maybe:

a rectangle trigger?

If so, then this is the reason for your problem.

Rectangle triggers + multiplayer is in some way acting different

through the clients (not a clue why, but it's a fact).

example:

2 years ago i've made a map where i was simulating some kind'a mine field by rectangle triggers, and ppl got blown up

by even not putting one single foot into these trigger's areas.

Terox Joltan and me figured then out in a thread at OFPEC

forum, that this problem was related to rectangle triggers in

multiplayer.

Yes, it's retangular. That has to be the problem.

that's weird, because I have a different mission when I have claymores set-up with a retangular trigger and works fine in MP ..?
