Personally I don't know. My health care cost hasn't gone up, by my prescription costs has ranged from $50 to $145 for the same prescriptions in the last few months. Is it the way Bush portrays? Neither of them ever talks about how they plan to finance the programs they are proposing. If I was moderating I would say "That's nice.
