wass24 0 Posted February 13, 2004 I can't get wav2lip to work and the only .lip files I have are 1Kb and very short. Can someone send me or post up some .lip files of varying lengths. Thanks.
Balschoiw 0 Posted February 13, 2004 what´s your problem with wav2lip ? Make sure use sounds 22khz 16 bit mono WAVE file, draw them over wav2lip and the file should be created right then. To have other lip files is crap as they wont fit the words or sentences you try to use. If you really shouldn´t get Wav2Lip not to work (have you searched your hd for *.lip files already?) you could take .lip files form original campaigns. Edit: Also use search-button to search the mission editing thread here for "wav2lip".
Maddmatt 1 Posted February 14, 2004 I read somewhere that on windows XP you need to put the wav2lip.exe in the root of your harddrive for example c:/wav2lip.exe. Not on your desktop or c:/program files/wav2lip.exe. I'm not sure if that is true or not but I read it somewhere.
MrZig 0 Posted February 14, 2004 I don't think it can be placed anywhere with a space in the root, like C:\OFP edit\wavetolip it might have to be C:\OFPEdit\Wavetolip I dunno though, it works fine in my folder C:\games\Wavetolip.exe
wass24 0 Posted February 16, 2004 I am using Win 2k and WavToLip is in C:\wavtolip. My wav files are PCM 22.050 kHz, 16 Bit, Mono and it's still not working.
