odakenshin 0 Posted July 15, 2005 spad, you should release the franco-prussian troops when they're in a workable state, i'm drooling over the thought of the battle of Sedan in ofp... and gavin, the napoleonic troops look good, but could you remove the moustaches on the french troops? it it were the old grenadier guard i'd say ok, b/c almost all of them had em, but for normal line soldiers, it definately wasnt seen on every person... gavinthecat 0 Posted July 15, 2005 well by regulation frenchie troops of a lot of relatively fancy branches had to grow moustaches by regulation, however, a lot of linesman also grew moustaches, while that said, a lot of them, may simply not have been remarkably well turned out either, (stubbly etc) It depends also on the era of the war, these french uniforms are quite late (when the allies were winning - still winnable for the french perhaps) but certainly when even more moustaches were abound lol, plus its a cute distinction Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
