pazuzu 21 Posted January 19, 2004 Hi, I'm making a map that starts out with 2 officers having to emergency land thier plane because thier out of fuel. I set waypoints that are visible. The first one says "Land Here" then most of the rest just say "move". For the mission to play out properly the player depends heavily on following these waypoints. But I have a problem at beginning....when I'm landing plane about 3 or 4 waypoint click off & it skips through to the 4th or 5th waypoint. The plane is no where near the waypoints when this happens & when we land & go on foot or vehicle the waypoints work fine. So for some reason being in the air is causing the waypoints to skip through. How do I get them to react one at a time? Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

pazuzu 21 Posted January 20, 2004 Ok I got that fixed by placing timeout of 40sec on 2nd waypoint...it gives player plenty of time to land & then once on the ground the waypoints work fine. Now I have a new problem. Most of the waypoints are visible but later on in the mission they disappear. I can still see them on map & the ones that have text included still activate but I just cant see waypoint marker any more. I checked them several times to see if I have them set to show in cadet mode or always show but are still not visible. Is there a limit to how many waypoints you can place?
