blackdog~ 0 Posted December 21, 2003 @ Dec. 21 2003,00:03)]Ye olde news Yeah... I remember the carrier being on the forum at least a year ago? Same pics, too. I don't know why the guy who is selling the thing can't shell out $200 for a camera to take actual pictures with.
Tamme 0 Posted December 21, 2003 That's cheaper than the finnish hovercraft the military is selling. It's 10 million euros and it's the worlds only combat hovercraft. The navy tested it and said it was good, but someone decided to buy some missile ships instead. A hovercraft fleet would've been alot cooler...
shadow 6 Posted December 21, 2003 That carrier would cost you 9.5 Mill 6 for the carrier and 3.5 for removal of weapons-systems and ammo etc I think I'll pass for now Need to a buy a Harrier first so I have something that can land on it

Baron von Beer 0 Posted December 21, 2003 Hehe, OFP LAN Party World Cruise. Can just see the Navy coming to snoop. Instead of a flight deck busy with crewmen and aircraft, they find hundreds of tables w/ gamers and their PCs, fragging away. Make for a memorable picture, both for the participants, and the Navy that took the shot!
Trenchfeet 0 Posted January 5, 2004 blackdog your a champion!!! Thats Aus $, so whats that 30c American? whay have a car when you can have armourred plating, mmmmm armoured plating doesn't say much for my memory  i think the carrier would have to be converted to a cvN to run all the pc's
