Addon problem and help needed

Hey all,

I gota problem with a couple of our guns that i'm working on. Problem being is that when I was working on a few on them I changed the p3d. name to something else and now the flash for the gun isn't working correctly ( aka the flash is always there instead of just being the when you fire the weapon ) so I need help on fixing the problem out.

Second problem. I have some textures for a gun the i'm making but it makes ofp buldozer crash and whenever you try to activate it in ofp:res it makes it crash too and i have no idea why crazy_o.gif

Third thing, is not a problem though. The Forgotten War Mod, is in a great need of help. We need addon makers mostly and skinners and config writers so that we can get the job done. The Mod is based on the Korean War and is bent on getting it right like in the history books. But we cannot do it without your help! So please enlist today and you won't regret it tormorrow! unclesam.gif

1.Change the config

2.Redo the textures.or try and remember what you added to the model last and delete it.

Oh and the texture, its for weapon sights........but it make ofp crash and it just pisses me off if you know what I mean, you know......if you work on something then boom it ain't working for you...............could I send it you, perhaps it might work on yours?

The two weapons i have problems with is the M1 Garand C. I bassically copyed the regular garand model by editing it a bit, putting the scope on, then saved it as a different p3d. file name, then the zasleh flash thingy stopped working correctly.    the problem where the flash for the weapon is always on the screen instead of being on the screen only when you fire  the gun......

So, is anyone interested in joining a mod. We need people to build soldiers, tanks, weapons, buildings, and textures. Right now we are in the addon phase, later the mission and campaign phase will come along, but right now we are only getting addon makers and textures.

na, I already found the problem out biggrin_o.gif it was too easy and it was right there, easy as hell, but of course, if you don't know how to spot it what can ya do blues.gif
