Klink's Submarines, and as he has retired from the OFP community... although, that team at his webpage, I think they are called Sine Pari, got all his unfinished addons and they might release them. That was indeed a cool addon, it would have brought something new to the game, with the whole submersible thing. Col. Klink did make a submarine target, which was on ofp.info last time I looked. Dunno what it's like though, but I remember hearing that because of something to do with the water level and the model, weird stuff would happen (cos it was a waterline model, i think).
