Persistent Ranks?

Hey guys, 

 

wanna know, by curiosity, if there would be a way to give in game Ranks permanently and persistently? We have a small Milsim and by playing around with the Coalition squad interface and the option to show rank, It would be fun to have our actual Ranks Visible under our names

 

So if there's a way to save ranks on our server and also to manually promote players, please let me know.
