Maci79 0 Posted August 28 I have a server with a mod installed, unfortunately I see a lot of people connecting but the server rejects them because they don't have the mod installed. Almost no one searches and connects from the game launcher. Wouldn't it be possible to make a patch 🤐 that makes people who connect via the server browser download the necessary mods from the game? POLPOX 778 Posted August 29 If you mean search servers and install/load Mods if necessary through Arma 3 Launcher, it is already possible since Launcher's release.

Pretty sure this was one of the reasons for a new engine for future titles, so likely not. 1

No, because the way Arma works is it loads any addons/mods upon start-up. As such any downloaded addons/mods would require the game to be re-started to be loaded. Simply put: If they didn't implement this when they added the shitty launcher, then they wont add it now.
