Lolsav 0 Posted May 9, 2003 I have been thinking that would b interesting to have a online campaign where the players could only play the second mission after completed the first one. The way i thought it would b interesting was if Admin had to put a "code" released at the end of the first part. Now i wonder, is this possible? I mean, with Param1 = [fjeijkejfr] for example, where "fjeijkejfr" was the code. But to make it work we would have to: 1. Have a locked pbo or 2. Have "serious" players who wouldnt unpbo the mission to see the code But then again i dont think its possible to ingame type a code.. wich could have a workaround by setting possible code insertions on Param1 Maybe we have here something to implement? What u guys think?
PSC 0 Posted May 9, 2003 You could have an in-mission code request. In other words: you start the mission as usual. After or before the intro the squadleader will be asked to insert a code. If it's the right one the mission goes on, if it's the wrong one an ending trigger will be activated. PSC (aka Joe Lemonade ) P.S.: Serious players would play/finish the first mission of a campaign before they go on to the next mission anyways...
