Need to find a particular addon

Anyone know where I can find the KEG_makarov for the KEG_snow addon? I downloaded Winter Nogojev, but the 'makarov' is missing. Anyone got any ideas?

Whenever I start OFP up I always get a message saying:

Addon 'KEGepack_snow' requires addon 'KEGmakarov'

What's that all about, then?
