theavonlady 2 Posted April 1, 2003 OFP Org says you're improving some BAS weapons. Is this coordinated with BAS? dave8 0 Posted April 1, 2003 Nope, we are not editing BAS's addons at all. Intruder must've misread my e-mail.... That means if you already have BAS's weapons, you are good to go with some of the weapons (we are making the M16, M4, M249, ak47, PK, and some other weapons by ourselves mainly for changed sounds and muzzle flashes). We are only using BAS's M4 for the A-teams, m24 for sniper teams, and m136 for AT soldiers.... We are not using BAS's m249 because we had already made one with the Iron Sites, and a new muzzleflash, etc... etc.... lol need more comments around here Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

dave8 0 Posted April 1, 2003 really sucks.... lots of good memories from that site.... I remembered when i gave BI those M60 pics back then (lol i don't think they used them, but oh well....) and editing missions had to be done by hand from the mission.sqm for the demo and to get the m21 (in that m21 mission) you had to kill the first 3 soldiers and the m113 during the beginning of the demo lol.... lots of fond memories Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

dave8 0 Posted April 1, 2003 you guys can expect the 3 month old version of the desert units soon. when they had no kneepads, elbowpads, etc... etc... Some other news: we might make an Iraqi Freedom Campaign from the 3rd ID, 1st marine D, 101st D, or A-team point of view.... no iraqi point of view, it could disrespect my friend and all the allied soldiers out there Once my friend comes back from the war (please pray for him!!!), he might give me some good pics of weapons, which i will then use as textures for the guns.... If the army took his digital camera away from him, then i'll find another way to get better textures (ex: make them, ask other people, etc...etc...) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
