scripting Play a video on the players HUD like on a phone

Hello all.

 

I am trying to make a mission where the players have a video display on their HUD as if they are holding a phone. 

I know to start with 

 

BIS_fnc_playVideo

 

But I am not sure where to get this onto the HUD for a phone sized option instead of all over.

I have the video set up and playing on the "TV", so I hope that's just the hard part over with.

I appreciate any advice.
