I downloaded Mariupol today, started at 0 seeds but somewhere after 10% I picked up 1 with a good connection. You have to configure torrent client properly, most likely port forwarding is not working, that is the common cause. Could you write the historical material under other maps page? Sure I could to that, I don't like to just copy paste wiki links without understanding anything of the background history, but yeah no problem adding some reason why the terrain area was chosen.
