Oldninja 213 Posted April 26, 2020 I'd estimate well less than 10% of encounters I've played are boosted genuinely. By that I mean the occasional encounter is boosted by an naked outlander maxing out for whatever reason. I don't count those. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
