Possible crate glitch figured out

So if the carrier is next to an exit, not sure how close but pretty close. The crate disappears off of the map even though the player is still running toward the exit or turns to shoot before entering. Upon his death, the crate is not visible in his inventory. I have had this happen 3 times tonight. It has to be something to do with the crate being near an exit point.

 

This glitch only happens in single player matches. Never seen it in duo ever actually.

 

I did not record the issues but I will be sure to do so the next time it happens.

Nah not destroyed. Turn n shot, I killed. Crate gone. Right at the exit 3 times out of 8.
