Uce/norsu units

Recommended Posts

Anyone know where to find the 20-meg plus pack of UCE's units, updated by Norsu to 1.75 versions? They don't seem to be at Norsu/Vosku's site anymore. Does anyone else host them? These were terrific addons. Thanks, jl

I've got the original zip file but can't find them hosted anywhere. I can e-mail them to anyone willing to host them.

Regular infantry units can be found at OFP INFO ,

but special units, well there was a link to them at OFPEC forums, but i guess it's gone now.

Vosku has reposted 'em. It's a large unit pack of reskinned UCE units, updated by Norsu to work with 1.75. Well worth the download.

Get im here:

I downloaded the 1.75 pack from Vosku's site, but I get a the "no entry '.model'" error - this means that I need another related PBO, like a weapons pack doesn't it? If so, where can I get it?

Right. Sorry forgot to mention -- One of the pbos, the Omon units, requires the Groza weapons pack by Vosku and Norsu. (This is only true for the 1.75 version). It's at Groza Pack.

Also, the UCEUnits at Vosku's site is a larger and different set of units than those linked on fighter's site.

I think there's still something else I need - UCE's Indian troops, for example, still don't work...

I seem to remember UCE had a pack of retextured Russian weapons for use with these units - like Yugoslav/East German etc. AK74s...

I found the site for SDOC's updated UCE russians. http://www28.brinkster.com/sdoc/

Those are the ones that are on ofp.info and opflashpoint.org.

I never got the other ones to work completely right. From what it says on sdoc's site he is updating the packs still and there is also a listing for the special forces guys and the other not included in the first pack.

I just find these easier to install. Plus they show up on different sites.
