Lookin forward to see those guys in game, great work Suchey. About weapons, well, check Earl's site, there are some Ghost Recon M16s (M16A4/M203 with ACOG Reflex, and M16A3 with Beta-C mag), and i tell you people, those "Low polycount TPP models" look better than many weapons made for OFP.

Well, the AN94 supposed to replace AK74M, but i guess it wont happen in near future. Earl is now busy with his Ghost Recon mod, but i guess his next project would be The Russian Small Arms for OFP and Raven Shield.

That's a huge island indeed. Well the main ptoblem was the editor, couldn't do almost anything with the mouse. However in game,althought i wasn't able to do anythin but to load the included test mission, it went pretty smothly (apart from the map screen) with low detail terrain and visibility set for around 1000m. My CPU config: AMD Althon XP 1700+ 384MB RAM 64MB Redeon 8500LE

Havent seen it yet, but i've got SA80 from Bimbi's Royal Marines teaser. So you say it's better? But is there a LSW included? If not, any views on it in next version?

Regular infantry units can be found at OFP INFO , but special units, well there was a link to them at OFPEC forums, but i guess it's gone now.

Very promising beta indeed. Flashpoint.ru IS also in English. http://west.flashpoint.ru/ whenever any addon of Russian team achieves its final stage, it's goint to be posted there for sure. As for UCE's units and mailman rus weapon pack, they fit each other perfectly.

Great work, BAS! Indeed it's not that easy to put that jeep into helo, but it works.

UCE's Russian Federation units despite being "only" a texture work, still remains the best ones around.

I'm sure that f16 will remain in service in European airforces as well as in USAF at least untill 2020. Note that JSF (F16 main succesor) is still more like prototype than a final product.

Note, that we are buying 48 brand new planes, not some upgraded F16 A/Bs Well, IMHO the F16s C/D Block 50/52 were the best choice for our Air Force. The avionics of this version are far more modern than the ones offered by others (Grippen and Morage 2000 MK 5). And note that Grippen at curret state is not fully compaibe with NATO standards, as Sweden is a neutral country, and moreover it hasbnever been tested in combat conditions.

I'd love to see that M68 in game. I remember Fliper's 'probably-will-not-be-released' Aimpoint attached to his M4, I guess yours is at least as good as his.
